R is for Rainbows

Since Rainbows is kind of hard to explain to a two year old, we started by reading "PowerKids Readers: Nature Books RAINBOWS" by Jacqueline Dwyer. It was simple enough with great pictures that Hailey could point out where the rainbows are.
I got the idea on how to make this rainbow from DTLK. Since I cut and traces the circles out, I wanted Hailey to cut the straps of paper and glue them on to the correct color. Hailey wasn't very interactive today so she wouldn't do a whole lot.
Here is how our rainbows turned out. Hailey did a good job gluing the half circles on.
